Listen. They might be your competitors. However, if you only know how to play all your cards, you can treat them as one of your friends.

Furthermore, in case you love to complain something, at least, you can do that freely. Working with those individuals would highly give you such kind of feeling. Of course, that would only be possible, especially, if you find somebody who is competent. If they do not possess such kind of quality, you better forget your relationship with them.
