Market analysis usually helps them determine these kinds of things, because they will have known what the market demands are and will be able to produce and release that product in order to fill this gap.

Therefore, a director is tasked with the sole responsibility of ensuring that there is a consistent supply of ideas and not just any kind of ordinary ideas, but solid concepts that can help propel the business forward.
