Multiple Functional Roles In Making Wage Contractors

A business entity is a place where buying and selling of goods takes place. Based on the type of sector it might be a manufacturing unit where raw materials are bought, converted them into goods and then sold. Where in this process machines and workers are involved. It is a primary responsibility to educate employers on prevailing wage contractors.

At Present situations changed there came a regulatory board for all the payments or salaries which need to be followed by any organization. There are acts and laws formulated for employees and workers remuneration and welfare. These laws and acts are mandatory to follow for any firm.

One expects extra income for over time job per hour basis. All these need to be achieved by the management which becomes extra burden so comes prevailing fright hauler in which individuals settle various issues of the workers.

Income is the primary motto of any firm or a person. It is the money that comes into an industry by selling the goods. One expects income in the form of money for his work. Any entity pays to its employees or workers in a daily basis, hourly basis or monthly basis.

It arranges for medical and insurance facilities and safety programs. All time good working conditions are ensured for efficiency of work and satisfaction of employees. For maintaining industrial peace and harmony good relations between employers and employees is needed. The human resources department advises and assists all other departments in developing a sense of belonging in employees.

No doubt skill is must to plan, organize, lead and control to achieve organizational goals effectively however will is a human factor which adds more value to ones efficiency. Willingness towards this program broadened the vision of my knowledge and created a hope to improve my learning curve.

Present women are engaged in all type of works from carrying a Load to managing a firm. But women are facing so many problems at work place. Women are ill treated at the work place and are being harassed physically and mentally. We can see so many instances about this on the news. There is every need to make laws regarding problems at workplace facing by women and need to regulate the laws regarding pays for women equally with men.

In the past no norms were there in appointing or giving salaries. No rules and regulations are followed. There was no law for regulating the payments of workers. People in need of money would go and do labor for hours and they used to get very less salary, which is not sufficient to have one meal even for their families.

Converted challenges into Strengths are almost close to impossible. The material provided differed from other teams however our positive planning stood apart from other teams as an advantage to achieve the aim Strong Foundation. Though we have many thoughts and ideas flowing throughout the construction our stability in mutual understanding and cooperation fetched a finest construction. We have completed every activity as per the decided time frame. One have learned to play my part effectively by respecting others thoughts without wasting time and moving towards the given task effectively.
