You can also see that there are reviews on the way that they do work. If you can see that they have very good ratings with their customers, it would be a good idea to include them on the list. If there is a minor issue and you do not feel like hiring them anymore then you do not have to force yourself.

When you are already down to your three candidates, you can now start asking for references. These are previous customers which they have serviced. Asking the right questions would give you the details you need. A few references would be good. Do not try to contact every person that they provide to you. It will just be a waste of time and effort.
