There are many reasons for automating your prospecting processes if you are building your Multi-level Marketing business on the web. Most of these might be self-explanatory, but this may serve to highlight why building a Multi-level Marketing downline using the Internet may be favoured, even if your upline is telling you to stick with the traditional techniques!

Allow me to elaborate: Your primary aim must be to encourage other home-based entrepreneurs to register on to your mailing list. Whilst you are developing your list of subscribers who are looking to promote their own opportunities, you should also be identifying strategies for expanding your own business online. During this process you will normally come across e-books and programmes that may be of benefit to most home business entrepreneurs.

By systemising your internet prospecting processes, you are aiming to reduce your own input by using leverage. There is no need to phone any leads, or try to encourage anyone to review your information, as long as you drive qualified traffic to your site, or squeeze page. On your capture page, visitors will have the choice to opt-in to your email auto-responder and the information that you have put together will be sent via email, automatically.

Both products moved my Web-based Multi-level Marketing business forwards in leaps and bounds and I knew that they could do the same for other home-based entrepreneurs who were keen to progress on the web.

Your system will take a bit of effort to develop, but after it is up and functioning you can focus on responding to your emails from your red hot prospects. They say that in MLM 'the fortune is in the follow up' and your automated processes will continue following up with every prospect until they are prepared to make a decision. The most fulfilling part is that you never have to open yourself to rejection from people that are not interested, as the interested leads will come to you!

So, what are the basics behind prospecting on the Internet? Well the concept is the same. You should plan to bring a significant amount of people into your prospecting pipeline and share information that is relevant to them. The big advantage of a well-structured Internet strategy is that your site visitors will actually opt to be your prospect by requesting information from you! Remember, Network Marketing is described as being a numbers game, so adopt a tried and tested system and concentrate on sifting and sorting through your contacts to locate the red hot prospects. Think of this as being the same as panning for gold!
